1. Annual remuneration and compensation of the persons holding management bodies

In accordance with the provisions of Article 28.6 of Cantabria Law 1/2018 of 21 March on Transparency of Public Activity, under the terms set out in Article 39.6 of that law, the management bodies of CONSERVAS Y SALAZONES ARLEQUIN, S.L. have not received during 2024 any type of remuneration by virtue of their positions as Directors. They have only received remuneration in the form of wages and salaries for the provision of employment services to the company. The total amount of these wages and salaries during the financial year was €298,000.

2. Publication of information relating to aid and subsidies received:

File: NM24-PC-059: The company CONSERVAS Y SALAZONES ARLEQUIN, S.L., on 30/01/2025 and under file number NM24-PC-059, has received a grant in the amount of €50,000 from SODERCAN, within the framework of Resolution SOD/PLAN/24/24, dated 16 May 2024, which calls for applications for the year 2024 under the subsidy line of the commercial promotion plans program for companies in Cantabria. An extract of this resolution was published on 27 May 2024 in BOC No. 101.

For the purpose of implementing the company’s commercial promotion plan, the granted aid represents a 70% subsidy of the action, with a maximum amount of €50,000. The execution period was from 10/10/2023 to 10/10/2024. The aid is compatible with other grants, and no other aid has been received for the same purpose.

File NM25-CE-016: A grant of €9,545.54 has been received from the Cantabria Development Corporation (SODERCAN) through the “Certifications for Competitive Improvement and Entry into New Markets” grant program. This amount represents 60% of the total cost of the justified service.

The grant obtained by CONSERVAS Y SALAZONES ARLEQUÍN is for the implementation of the IFS Food Standard version 8.
